Davidson plum is a bright pink/purple fruit from the tropical areas in eastern Australia. It happens to be one of our favourite ingredients. Although very sour in taste it has a very unique flavour and suits a lot of savoury dishes. 

Season: Most of the year besides winter

Form you can find it in: Frozen commonly or fresh

How to use it: In jams, sauces for BBQs, roasted, or in our very own davidson plum sour!
