Geraldton Wax & Quandong Roast Root Vegetables


  • 1 tsp geraldton wax (buy here)
  • 1 tbs quandong powder (buy here)
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1kg root vegetables of your choice, cut into chunks



  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees, mix together the marinade of geraldton wax, quandong powder, honey, oil and salt and pepper.
  2. On a tray, coat the root vegetables with the marinade before placing into the oven. Cook for 30 minutes or until caramelised and soft.
