- 1 tsp geraldton wax (buy here)
- 1 tbs quandong powder (buy here)
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1kg root vegetables of your choice, cut into chunks
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees, mix together the marinade of geraldton wax, quandong powder, honey, oil and salt and pepper.
- On a tray, coat the root vegetables with the marinade before placing into the oven. Cook for 30 minutes or until caramelised and soft.
