- 1/2 tsp peppermint gum (buy here)
- 2 cup of frozen berries
- 2 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 2 dates (seeds removed)
- handful of ice
- Place all the ingredients into the blender, add the peppermint gum and chia seeds last to make sure they don't stick to the sides.
- Blend up the smoothie, you can add a little water if it is too thick to blend.
- Pour into your glass and serve with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top. Delicious!
