Peppermint Gum Mixed Berry Smoothie


  • 1/2 tsp peppermint gum (buy here)
  • 2 cup of frozen berries
  • 2 cup oat milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 2 dates (seeds removed)
  • handful of ice



  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender, add the peppermint gum and chia seeds last to make sure they don't stick to the sides.
  2. Blend up the smoothie, you can add a little water if it is too thick to blend.
  3. Pour into your glass and serve with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top. Delicious!
