Ingredients
- 3 cups greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp ground strawberry gum
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup honey
Method
- In a saucepan, put the honey and ground strawberry gum on medium heat to melt the honey and let the strawberry gum infuse. Bring to the boil and then remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes
- Strain the honey to get all the strawberry gum out and add to a bowl
- In the same bowl add the greek yoghurt and thickened cream until completely mixed through
- Put your mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes. (make sure your ice cream maker was in the freezer a day before making)
- Place into a container with an air tight lid, you want to reduce exposure to air to stop the yoghurt turning icy. Leave overnight
- Serve with your favourite toppings!
