Strawberry Gum Syrup


  • 2 tsp ground strawberry gum
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon myrtle
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 100g sugar
  • 100mls water



    1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a high heat until the sugar has dissolved
    2. Once all the sugar has dissolved and has come to a simmer take off heat and let sit until it cools
    3. Strain the syrup taking out all the herbs before transferring into a jar. Keeps for a month
