Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground strawberry gum
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon myrtle
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 100g sugar
- 100mls water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a high heat until the sugar has dissolved
- Once all the sugar has dissolved and has come to a simmer take off heat and let sit until it cools
- Strain the syrup taking out all the herbs before transferring into a jar. Keeps for a month
