Warrigal Greens, Karkalla & Smoked Salmon Salad


  • 3 handfuls baby warrigal greens (the larger ones need to be blanched before you eat them)
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, sliced and halved
  • 4 radishes, thin slices
  • 1/2 red onion, thin slices


  • 4 stalks karkalla, take the leaves off and finely chop
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground lemon myrtle (buy here)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt



    1. In a large bowl place all the dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined
    2. Add in the warrigal greens, cucumber, and red onion stirring through until thoroughly covered. Serve the salad on a plate and place the smoked salmon on top with the radish. Yes it's that easy and incredibly delicious!
