Ingredients
- 3 handfuls baby warrigal greens (the larger ones need to be blanched before you eat them)
- 100g smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, sliced and halved
- 4 radishes, thin slices
- 1/2 red onion, thin slices
Dressing
- 4 stalks karkalla, take the leaves off and finely chop
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1/4 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground lemon myrtle (buy here)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
Method
- In a large bowl place all the dressing ingredients and whisk until well combined
- Add in the warrigal greens, cucumber, and red onion stirring through until thoroughly covered. Serve the salad on a plate and place the smoked salmon on top with the radish. Yes it's that easy and incredibly delicious!
