Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbs ground wattleseed
- 3 tbs plant milk
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs cacao nibs
Method
- Place all the ingredients other than the cacao nibs into a blender and blend until smooth, if it is too thick add another tablespoon of plant milk
- Place into a bowl and give it a stir, then move to the fridge for at least an hour to cool and let the flavour mature
- Separate into four dessert bowls and cover with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs. Serve with berries!
