Wattleseed & Avocado Mousse


  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbs ground wattleseed
  • 3 tbs plant milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs



    1. Place all the ingredients other than the cacao nibs into a blender and blend until smooth, if it is too thick add another tablespoon of plant milk
    2. Place into a bowl and give it a stir, then move to the fridge for at least an hour to cool and let the flavour mature
    3. Separate into four dessert bowls and cover with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs. Serve with berries!
